WRZOSOWE OGRODY [HOUSING ESTATE] / SOSNOWIEC

The project involves the construction of a housing estate in the vicinity of Park Środula, in close proximity to the city centre. The premise includes 15 multi-family residential buildings of varied size and standard of premises – from small studios to four-room flats.

Between the buildings, which will not exceed three storeys in height, common areas with greenery and small architecture have been arranged.

By hiding most of the parking spaces in underground garages it was possible to designate more space for recreational areas for residents. The estate also includes an internal road and additional parking spaces for electric cars. The whole creates a cosy and safe arrangement for future residents.
