The two-wing building, connected with a communication passage, has the features typical of our office designs. The horizontal divisions with large glazing are in the modernist spirit.

Characteristic balconies, resembling airy white ribbons in a trapezoid, are an element affecting the reception of the hotel architecture.

White combined with graphite, glazed balustrades and natural finishes of precious wood soffits give the building an elegant look.
