HUOSE COMPLEX IN JAWORZE / Jaworze

A complex of four two-unit single-family homes, designed in a quiet area of ​​Jaworze near Bielsko-Biała.

Our proposed architecture combines a traditional gabled roof with modern elements. We contrasted the light-colored facades with the graphite-colored sheet metal covering the roof.

Our design envisioned the buildings to efficiently utilize all available space, align with contemporary environmental trends, and preserve the surrounding green space. This was achieved by designing an access road descending below ground level to the buildings' underground garages, where we also planned basements and technical rooms.

We also covered the road with a green terrace to absorb rainwater. This minimized the amount of paved surface, dedicating it to lawns and gardens.
