SZCZYRKOWSKA APARTMENTS / Bystra near Bielsko-Biała

In this project, we sought to incorporate the unique advantages of the location, blending the intimate development into the green surroundings of the picturesque neighborhood. The apartments are designed to provide residents with a peaceful enclave for living and relaxation.

The development's design features minimalist, three-story buildings. The facades, finished with white plaster and graphite tiles, lend the entire project a modern yet elegant character.
The complex includes 30 apartments with commercial units on the ground floor, intended to house shops, a restaurant, and a fitness club.

The two-part building is connected by a shared underground parking garage.
