ORZESZKOWA'S ENCLAVE / Bielsko-Biała

We designed a cozy community of single-family terraced houses in a green district of Bielsko-Biała. Our goal was to create a clear, orderly structure that simultaneously preserves the individual character of each segment.

The rhythmic division of the volumes and the subtle recessing of subsequent buildings in relation to each other give the entire project a dynamic and harmonious expression. The distinctiveness of each segment is emphasized by the transverse arrangement of the gable roof ridges, which enhances the clarity of the composition and differentiates the silhouette of the complex.

We enhanced the simple architectural form with the use of high-quality finishing materials. The design utilized graphite roof tiles, clinker tiles, and wood cladding, which contrast with the white, plastered surfaces of the five buildings comprising the enclave.
