The JBR Sp. z o.o. headquarters is a compact building with residential and office functions, meeting both the company's representative needs and the demands of everyday use. The building consists of three floors above ground and one underground level.

The ground floor, serving as the representative area, was designed with direct ground-level entrance, ensuring full accessibility for people with disabilities. This floor serves as the company's flagship and clearly organizes the entrance area.

A staircase leads to the office floor, which provides access to individual office spaces and an apartment for company guests. The attic is entirely dedicated to office space, complementing the building's functional program.
