WRZOSOWE OGRODY / Sosnowiec

The project involves the construction of a residential development adjacent to Środula Park, a short distance from the city center. The development comprises 15 multi-family residential buildings of varying sizes and standards – from small studios to four-room apartments.

Between the buildings, which will not exceed three stories in height, we have designed common areas with small architectural elements and landscaped greenery.

By concealing most parking spaces in underground garages, we have been able to allocate more space for recreational areas for residents.

We have also planned an internal road and additional parking spaces for electric cars. The entire development creates an intimate and safe place for living and relaxation.
