TWIN-DWELL DEVELOPMENT / Jaworze

On the leafy outskirts of Bielsko-Biała, in the spa town of Jaworze, we designed a cozy complex of semi-detached houses. Each of the six buildings is a two-story residential building with a usable attic.

The buildings, roughly rectangular in shape, are situated on the plot with their front elevations facing north. This allows the apartments to open their living areas to the sunny south.

In accordance with the investor's brief, the buildings were constructed using the latest technologies and natural materials such as ceramics, wood, stainless steel, aluminum, and stone. The finishes give them a welcoming yet elegant character and ensure the durability of the facade.
