OTO PARK / Siemianowice Śląskie

Siemianowice Śląskie was once called a city of coal and steel, and the Jedność Steelworks (Huta Jedność) was one of the most important plants in the region. After its closure, a desolate square in the city center remained, requiring revitalization. Now it has the potential to become a significant landmark on the Siemianowice map.

Our design also incorporates references to the local identity. The building's architecture draws inspiration from the buildings and materials that symbolize the former steelworks – red brick and steel. Our proposed industrial architectural elements blend with the modern functionality expected of shopping centers today.

The single-story buildings are designed on an "L" and "U"-shaped plan, creating a semi-open quarter, within which we have incorporated a parking lot with 550 spaces. 

The shopping complex will house 45 stores, as well as service and restaurant options. Facilities will include a drive-thru restaurant, a fitness club, and children's play areas.
