FLAT AND RECREATION CENTRE “LAGUNA BESKIDÓW” / ZARZECZE

Designed apartment buildings are located in the immediate vicinity of the Beskidy Mountains and the Żywiec Reservoir. Three-storey buildings with pitched roofs and wooden facades blend in perfectly with the immediate surroundings. Their horizontal layout and arrangement of the buildings perpendicular to the slope allow excellent exposure of the flats to the nearby reservoir and the Żar mountain.

Modern architecture interweaves here with elements of traditional buildings from the region. Modern solutions are highlighted by numerous glazings, elevations maintained in light colours with graphite accents and wooden lamellas. The historical elements are visible in the form of sharp roof lines, which directly relate to the local architecture.
