APARTHOTEL AT UL. 1 MAJA / KATOWICE

The design of the aparthotel envisaged the creation of a facility constituting a continuation of the frontage at one of the main streets leading through the centre of Katowice.
The concept assumed the creation of a 5-storey building covering an area of 425 sqm, comprising the aparthotel and service areas located on the ground floor.
Thanks to the materials used – graphite panels made of fibre cement slabs, supplemented with warm wood that fills up the loggia designed in the rooms
– would be an elegant solution, which at the same time blends in with the historic buildings of the neighbouring tenement houses.
