RESIDENTIAL AND SERVICE COMPLEX / GLIWICE

The concept of a residential and service complex for people of the senior age refers to its simple form to the surrounding buildings.
An important assumption of the project is to create a development complex with optimal behavioural properties.
The whole has been divided into two parts. The first part consists of 5 multi-family buildings, while the second is a residential and service building.
The facilities have modern architectural quality and a high, friendly standard of use. It creates a safe environment for living and life for people of seniors’ age.

Provided medical care together with service premises is the implementation of these needs, and functional land management ensures easy communication.
Bright colours were applied – broken white, grey and natural materials – wood, brick.
